Souls Command

If you don’t feel the spark, walk away—don’t spend a lifetime convincing yourself to stay. Never sacrifice the joy of your life for something that has never inspired you, never filled you with wonder, and has only kept you chained against the voice of your own soul.

I often hear people say, “We were born to struggle.” I believe that too—but not in the way they mean it.

I don’t believe we came to this astonishingly beautiful planet, overflowing with wonders, mysteries, surprises, and blessings, merely to drift through life blindly, without hope for something better.

I don’t believe we were brought here simply to accept our circumstances and never strive for change. I don’t believe we are meant to live so narrowly that we deliberately miss the countless forms of beauty, meaning, and elegance that human beings are uniquely capable of experiencing.

And I certainly don’t believe in creating our own miseries, then wearing them as badges of wisdom while declaring, “We were born to struggle.”

Yes, we were born to struggle—but to struggle toward something: toward growth, understanding, creation, love, discovery, and a life lived with open eyes. The struggle is not the purpose. It is the price we pay to reach what lies beyond it.

If a human is born inside a prison cell, nurtured there for years, and deprived entirely of the beauty that exists beyond its walls, he will undoubtedly fear letting glorious raindrops touch his skin—unless he dares to aspire for change.

If doing something makes you happy, it is not a waste of time. It may seem like a waste of time to someone else, because what brings you happiness doesn’t have to be the same thing that brings happiness to them. Happiness varies from person to person.

Even some criminals feel happy committing crimes—not because crime is justified, but because it shows happiness doesn’t always follow the paths society approves of. Many of them experience more happiness than people who hold highly paid jobs, run successful businesses, live in enormous mansions, and own countless cars, but struggle to find even a single moment to rest and feel free as human beings—remain dissatisfied despite having it all.

Even if people try to prevent you from finding happiness in your life, the universe will not. It constantly presents glimpses of new possibilities and offers opportunities to embrace the beauty of being human.

Peace is not conditional. It is the result of training your mind to move beyond suffering and to discover beauty even amid bleakness.
